With over 35 years of experience in chartered accounting, John specialises in providing personalised business and taxation solutions to individuals and small to medium-sized enterprises in Asia Pacific. His expertise lies in strategic planning, asset protection, and business coaching. Additionally, he has a strong focus on financial, retirement, and succession planning, which includes share valuations and finance. Property ownership and development have always been an area of focus for him in developing any long term plans which have seen many of his clients achieve better than expected results.

General Manager

With more than 20 years of experience in the land development industry, Matt is the General Manager at Next Level Developments Ltd. He holds a Master’s in Planning from Lincoln University and has extensive knowledge of the development process.

General Manager of Civil

Jonny, with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, brings a wealth of expertise in consenting, land development, and civil construction. He holds a Bachelor of Science with a Graduate Diploma in Engineering from Canterbury University. He has a strong background in the procurement and governance of large-scale builds, and a passion for delivering projects from design through to completion.

Office & Accounts Manager

As the office manager of Next Level Developments Ltd, Charne Botha brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the team. Originally from South Africa, she has worked in administrative roles for over a decade, managing office operations, overseeing projects, and ensuring smooth workflow. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, exploring New Zealand, and spending time with her family.
